As a high achiever, Janelle always puts 100% into her role as Business & IT Manager, ensuring our systems are running smoothly and consistently improving Maxim processes.

Janelle started with Maxim in 2011 within the administration team and has successfully grown within the business, and was promoted to Business & IT Manager in 2016. She has worked within many facets of the business and has a complete understanding of Maxim processes. Furthermore, Janelle has a strong understanding of the Maxim values, and displays these within her work and her attitude.

Janelle is responsible for all technology within the Maxim office;

• Database and Information Management
• IT issues
• Software updates
• Systems administration
• Implementation of new programs and processes

As a great team leader, she is also responsible for the administration team.

Janelle is a critical part of the Maxim team, whose enthusiasm towards work and the Maxim culture is imparted onto other employees.

In her free time, Janelle enjoys reading and spending time with her friends and family
