Gerard joined Maxim in 1997 as a Senior Manager, he was then promoted to Partner in 2000 along with Mile Petrevski.

With Gerard's approachable style, he oversees the Human Resources function at Maxim, always attracting the best from administration resources through to high level professional staff.

Being a commercial business owner, Gerard has been involved in a number of property development ventures, owning interests in professional practices and an IT services business.

In his free time, Gerard enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and mountain bike riding.
