Josephine Mead

Josie joined Maxim as an undergraduate in 2011. Consistent attention to detail and a commitment to her clients has made Josie a key part of the team. Josie strives to exceed expectations and to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.  These qualities saw her grow into a Senior Manager role in 2022.

Josie has worked with a range of clients from various industries such as property and construction, professional services and hospitality. With experience working with large family groups, Josie specialises in business services assisting clients and CFOs with a variety of projects including tax and accounting compliance, tax planning, GST and cash flow management.

Josie enjoys mentoring the junior members of the Maxim team, ensuring clients are provided with high quality service at all levels. Josie is also involved in the recruitment of professional staff and has previously contributed to the design of the induction program for new staff members. Josie is always striving to create a culture that encourages team work, innovation and ongoing growth of knowledge at Maxim.

Josie enjoys playing games or gardening with friends, family and her dog in her spare time.
