Boasting strong working relationships, both with internal and external stakeholders the Senior Management team at Maxim provide practical, clear, concise and accurate service and advice every time.

Playing a significant role in managing the output of the practice the Senior Management team works collectively to schedule compliance, drive strategies and monitor professional staff performance.

All Senior Managers are welcomed by the Partner group to lead internal focus groups such as Training, Human Resources and Recruitment, Practice Matters and Marketing to provide them with personal experience and understanding in running a professional practice. An approach that has clearly built a strong advisory and Management team.
