Tegan Elferkh

Tegan began her career at Maxim in 2007 through the CA Achiever work experience program. She instantly showed her ability to tackle tasks with accuracy, organisation and efficiency, being a natural fit with the Maxim culture she joined as a professional employee immediately.

As a member of teams partnered by Gerard Boundy and Mile Petrevski, Tegan progressed quickly from an undergraduate to a Principal in 2019. She has worked closely with both taxation technical experts and generalists with a strong commercial focus and has integrated these skills into delivering balanced, thought-out solutions for our clients.

With a drive for her team to achieve tasks to a high standard, Tegan has developed long-standing relationships with clients and is able to quickly build strong rapport with new clients.

Tegan is a leader of innovation and technological advancement at Maxim, being at the forefront of identifying and implementing opportunities for improved work practices and service delivery to all clients.

In her free time Tegan enjoys being active and travelling around Australia.
