Tracy Hayes – Senior Manager B. Commerce in Accounting and Management, CA

Tracy is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.  She joined Maxim in January 2003.

Tracy began her career at RSM Bird Cameron in Goulburn where she worked for a year in the Business Services division. She then spent a year at Herries Davidson and Co in Goulburn and worked with mainly primary production businesses before moving to Canberra to work with Maxim.

Since joining Maxim, Tracy has gained experience with a diverse range of small to large businesses, in particular in the property and property-related services industries. Tracy has developed and implemented a number of management reporting packages for clients allowing them to measure their results against Key Performance Indicators and continues to be involved in their monthly management meetings. Through the implementation of management reporting packages Tracy has also assisted those clients in improving their internal accounting processes.
