We value our people and are committed to them.

Currently a third of our staff are enrolled at universities. We are flexible with student timetables and exam periods and make available all resources in the firm to our undergraduates and postgraduates to help them with their studies. We also allow two day’s study leave per subject each semester.

We offer our undergraduates and graduates:

  • a friendly supportive work environment in a modern new office space near the lake in Kingston
  • a teamwork approach that provides us with high-level results and a cohesive workplace
  • a mentoring system where new graduates share offices with senior accountants
  • the opportunity to work with clients under the guidance of senior staff
  • regular retreats, gatherings and other events held throughout the year that provide the opportunity to mix with our team of young professionals
  • a wide range of industry networking opportunities
  • training through the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA) and individualised training providers as well as weekly in-house training and on-the-job training
  • support with study
  • support for graduates enrolled in the Chartered Accountants Program, including access to a coordinator and other resources, payment of enrolment fees, and five study days per module.

We seek high-quality people and we reward their dedication through attractive salaries and by sharing profits through a bonus pool. We offer training and career advancement in many areas and excellent opportunities for undergraduates, graduates and experienced accountants who want to excel in the private sector.
